That's not up to us. It's up to the men who drill the wells. And I think they are waiting for the NC54 to be accepted and processed. I imagine news comes after that last hurdle is reached.

In the meantime, the price slips, and all anyone sees if they come to the board is trashtalking of the company and the CEO by the longs.
