I felt like it was this giant cyberspace conspiracy. My building's internet manager was no where to be found, even though the T1 was down since 11 PM last night, and then Vista was showing me in a dozen ways why I should hate it...lol.

In addition, turns the Viewsonic monitor I bought wasn't fully compatible with this particular desktop system, so yesterday it was nearly impossible to tell whether I was looking at a 3 an 8 or a 6 on the L2s. I finally ran out to get an HP monitor, but sheesh! I had forgotten how many things can go wrong when you switch systems.
