I was pondering on FMLY earlier, and here's what I came up with-

FMLY was on the naked short threshold list has been off for about 6 weeks,

I'm failry sure the shorts covered while dilution was taking place.

So now I have a clearer picture of why this dropped so fast,,naked shorting plus dilution.

So it seems the short position has been cleared and the o/s is 430 mill which should allow for the 60 something some odd S-8's that were dished out as of march 5th. My observation is the market is now accumulating shares which as been easy up till now under various circumstances, Some variables have now changed and FMLY is regainging interest/momentum/buyers which spells out a pending substantial move to the upside. We beagan to see the subtle change friday when the bottom was put in. It became more evident today and will continue so tomorrow and so forth.
