China Natural Gas Announces Filing Delay
NEW YORK, April 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Natural Gas, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: CHNG), one of the leading natural gas providers for
industrial, commercial and residential use in Xi'an, China, today announced
that it will file Form 12b-25, a notification of late filing with the
Securities and Exchange Commission for its Form 10-KSB for the fourth quarter
and fiscal year 2006. The Company is still awaiting completion of its
financial statements for fiscal year ending December 31, 2006 in order to
properly prepare a complete and accurate Form 10-KSB. The Company expects to
file its Form 10-KSB within the 15-day extension period.
