well, traditionally, in no particular order:

a) squeeze

b) locked down
1) trading restrictions (*optional)
2) suspension
3) greys

depends on whose ox is getting gored, from what I can tell.

With BCIT, similar situation, the squeeze was on real good before suspension-signals went out...

With GVRP, kinda sorta similar (not "counterfeited" per se, but fake nonetheless due to ex-date screwup), but suspended fairly quickly, lol, given SEC's "special olympics" handicap--no suspension "signals" on that one...

then you have the ones that hit: GLCK(E), PAIV at al, and more that I'm not recalling...

It really is a game...and "referees" are part of the game.
