Honestly, I think they all have the same type personality. Need someone with OCD as an asst. If you walk in my office you'd think I never do anything! LOL and you'd be right - I'm a dreamer. But my 2nd in command is a manager. His office walls are covered with charts and graphs and calendars. Visionaries always lose it in the details - managers sweat the details. They'll get it ironed out.
