Ok, fair enough. Help me out with a bit of dd that I haven't been able to get anywhere with, yet.

This is what I come up with when I do a search for a company called "China Plus".

It's in a similar business and it does it in China, yet, it doesn't seem to be OUR China Plus! Unless, Prestige Asia bought it, of course and just didn't tell anyone. Has your dd into this come up with an answer?

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
