Web....First off let me say, "Good Question!"...Flecksy in my opinion, still has the audacity to not take responsibility for his actions! He still can't be bothered with apologizing for his postings where he was used as the direct communicator to keep the "scam" alive. Constantly posting for Vince, so Vince was sheltered from any wrongdoing. Constantly spinning information, even though he was daily provided with proof of its' inaccuracies. Even though some of us begged repeatedly to ask Vince the tough questions, Flecksy refused! Sorry Flecksyboy, but in my mind, you have earned no free pass! No right to take the high road! No reason for the rest of us to feel sorry for the tough times you have endured! In my mind, not only did you bring your hardships upon you, but you were the cause of them to hundreds of others! Your ego was so large that YOU were one of the main reasons the "scam" (as you put it) was able to live on. Take responsibility! Contact the SEC and tell them what you had done! Tell them what you had been told! Be a man!JMO, of course.........

I can't say that I feel remorse or regret. I was chellenged almost everytime I posted and always answered that I was just posting what I was told by V. As factually as I could. What do I have to feel remorseful about? I suppose that, should I find myself in a similar situation in the future, I will create a disclaimer and tack it on to every post.
Clear communication has always been a problem for humans. After a while one tends to feel like people know where he/she is coming from and feels like a disclaimer is not always necessary. I believe I was always honest about that. If I thought that saying I'm sorry would really make someone feel better I might say it here just to do that. I am big enough of a man to do that. We all know what would happen if I or anyone else did that. It would be cut and paiste times a zillion and clutter the board with yet more BS instead of persuing justice.
Let my actions speak for me. To clown. No I am not now a basher. You will not find me on any board where I do not own shares bashing the company and offering advise where it was not asked for. I don't even know who ran this scam and that is what I posted. That is why I want a thorough investigation. I feel responsible to the extent that, as an active investor/poster, I should be equally as active now in the pursuit of the facts as to just who did what.
You have not seen me post much for a very long time but many here know that I have been very active towards not letting "the guilty" just walk. Save the "sorries" for someone who knowingly missled others. I hope that investors will join in the pursuit of knowledge here and stop the arguing. I hope this anwsers your questions.
