I agree 100%. Its in the courts and it will be resolved. I believe in this honest and competent management team. They have very good lawyers handeling the case. If peopele are nervous about thier investment they should sell and find a company more in line with their investment mind set. Sleeping at night without worry has its advantages. It gets tiresome reading the dribble about this lawsuit. The real question is if you believe in the companies science and management then you should feel secure with your investment but if you have your doubts then you should sell. Im sure someone will like cheap shares. Remember this the science is spectacular and everything is proceeding as planned. Read and understand.
