probably one of the management is temporary handle the position or the doctor himself? or even a guy from Siam group (i would think since the group asked the doctor to be coo and siam group is to take 55%)

I just wanting to know who are the "siam group". The doctor said before the definite agreement signed that the identity will be revealed at the time that agreement signed. BUT it didn't. WHY?
