So every day right after noon someone takes around $30-50 of UPZS at the offer for tax reasons?

The trade is always at the offer so unless the market I'm seeing is bogus those are buys and not sells.

What's the cheapest possible brokerage for such a trade? I know Schwab used to offer unlimited transactions for a flat fee if you had a large enough account. I don't know if they did penny stocks through such a house. I also don't know of any other way to trade without fees and costs per trade so I can't imagine what this trader's doing such small lots for.

Until I hear a better explanation it just looks like someone want to draw up the daily candlestick chart to their own design.

Those aren't "real" trades by any stretch of the imagination clown.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
