RE XKEM: was actually over

had no benjamins to buy more shares

when it was in the teens, and did

not fully trust the company, was

happy with me 200,000 shares.

XKEM I believe in, but it has been

a long road, and hopefully we will

be coming to and end with this plant

completion - they should now have

the funds to get the job done.
