I think what is meant here is NNVC is already acting like an OTC:BB. This morning the gap between bid/ask sat for 1/2 an hour at 1.13/1.19 with only 100 shares traded. A pink would have had MMs manipulating the price by lowering the ask. Instead, the bid has come up to met the ask and spread now sits at 1.18/1.19 with only 8700 shares traded. Of course, as we all should know, once market reality sets in as a seasoned OTC:BB, without substance [read: red meat] in PRs, OTC:BB MMs will play their version of the games we have witnessed here on a daily basis.
