I have no idea what the details of the lease is. I wish I did. It could be a Capitol lease which would be damn sweet. But I doubt that. So, most likely it's an operating lease and any details on revenue split is in the lease detail which we don't have.

If / when we get to see the F/S, leases are footnoted. Then we would know.
