I don't know much about Rothschild, I will let the rest of you research that comapny, but I do know one thing.

There is and investment banking firm (assuming all is legite) that is willing to invest 1.3 billion in financing. This would on simple terms mean that someone beleives there is at least 1.3 billion in assets and I am sure a subtantial amount more.

Now this investment firm will loan this money to FMNJ for the gas projects. Banks, lenders, investments firms don't issue letters of credit without some type of basis for establishing a letter of credit, or equity financing, etc.

The $$ have not been lent obviously, but someone "Rothschild" signed some form of a letter of intent.

It is unbelievable to me that this stock has not gone up.

Despite the digging, not digging, there are peple who think this company has assets, net equity, etc.

I am amazed at where it stands.

Hopefully a BB listing will help....
