It did happen before, maybe not entirely the few tv ads we had, but they instituted a full fledged affiliate program which brought in so many the web site and inventory couldn't handle them. Most, many, were just freebies out to get the free trial and the rest dropped because of terrible service, AND the affiliate still got paid. What a flop.

Resulted in improved web site, bringing the distribution of the dvd's, and customer serice inside (National Fulfillment had been doing this with our meager inventory) and eventually things were ironed out.
