IMHO, we have a financier getting fast easy $$$ out of the stock.
I still believe that Novar / UPBS did a REFI, with potentially costly results.
They put out that PR stating that they wiped out the original financing, BUT forgot to mention that the same guys are involved with this new stock/warrant "deal."
No wonder the boyz (J&D) can do 100MM$ financing on a former venture. Recycle $, while diluting shareholder share value.
