Who the hell knows!?
It's so convoluted at that time. It should really be interesting what might show up in our accounts... also, I do not think it is officially stated weather the shares are restricted or can trade. The london stock exchange was mentioned around 1-06 as well. There are PR's from that time still available on their web site and otcbb.com.
