Here's a start....
The dialogue in the linked post between you and LSU occurred prior to the Shareholder Update copied below.

And this update from Don on 2/15/2007...
Dear Shareholders,
As promised in our e-mail of yesterday, this is an update on where the Company is today with respect to the 15 c 211 process. We have been working diligently on answering the questions raised by the NASD on their set of comments. We are finalizing our response but we until recently, we had a really tough issue to deal with: putting together the financials in a format that will be acceptable to the NASD.
As we have indicated in the past, we have difficulty finding cooperative accountants. We believe we have finally solved that problem. We’ve recently hired a new outside accountant to put together consolidated financial information for Harvard. The accountant has been very cooperative thus far and has assured us that the financials will be ready for filing within the next two weeks. We will then be ready to respond at once to the outstanding questions from the NASAD.
We are hopeful that the representations of the new accountant will turn out exactly as advertised. As you know, the Company is interested first and foremost in increasing shareholder value. Thank you for your loyalty and patience thus far but we think we’ve finally turned the corner.
We will provide you with another update before the response filing to the NASD. In the meantime, the next Weekly Corner topic is an update on where the Company is with respect to the exciting new developments with respect to the expansion of the SAT/ACT schools, so stay tuned.

Director of Shareholder Relations
