im unsure of this but...
im suspicious that during the first 30 days Glen is the only MM that must create a market, and all that entails.
the rest "i think" do not have the same obligation and so possibly dont have all the same responsabilities, like for instance "displaying all orders they may have to other MM's
but i could be wrong??
