If you had half a brain in that skull, you would know that CYPT is run by Tony Cataldo, or as we like to call him Teflon Tony, who was (is?) the subject of an SEC investigation for his activities @ MEMI since June 2000. Why didn't you do your DD on Tony before you invested in CYPT? He has a history of issuing fluff PRs to pump a stock price, giving himself huge stock options, dilution & reverse splits. Good DD there, brainiac. Unless of course by "social investment" you meant that Cataldo is a social acquaintance of yours. Hmmm...that, in & of itself, could prove interesting.
