I was told by some anonymous person Fung Derf with Fidelity, perhaps in Las Colinas, Texas, may know. On this board, there have been allegations by others that this Fung Derf character may have something to do with Fidelity. What, I don't know. And what the connection between my social investment and Pinnacle and some Fung Derf who may be with Fidelity...except that he was known to encourage others to invest in those securities.

There have been two telephone calls with veiled threats and which were intimidating, at best. It is believed these calls were provoked by actions of Shell.

And, Janice Shell has been sued for this previously. The SAME pattern of behavior is occurring as what has occurred from others, on the same mediums, the same bulletin boards.
