Hi Frank,

I like most people in North America, am scared for my family & for my way of life. I mean, I see the impact of this war atrocity on my 3 kids & on my loving wife. (she is very, very strong)

I am very, very sad (disconnectedly so), but most of all, I am resolute in supporting my American friends in the war upon terrorism.

We must destroy those who have attempted to destroy us & our way of life. They have brought their war to us... Now we must bring our war to them.

Without mercy.

I admit that I "lost" my sense of political correctness & demeanor on SI. But I felt (except for a few posters, such as you, Iso, marginmike, Haim, LG, ex-SI Bob). I felt alone. I felt alone in defending America & indeed freedom loving people everywhere against people who think that they can pull up a chair & negotiate with empty words to fanaticals who just want to eliminate u, me & everything that we hold dear in our countries or to posters who just luv to see somebody compassionate in his\her beliefs --- squirm at the end of a rope.

I am very disappointed in all the bleeding heart liberals, who don't realize the foe that we are dealing with, & more importantly attempt to censor individuals who have experienced or who know what the enemy is capable of.

As in many of my posts on SI, that SI Jeff in his 'wisdom' deleted; I was simply trying to educate people & posters that the world has changed irrevocably since the early morning hours of 9/11. Political correctness be damned. We are at war. I regret that we are war... but I for one, & I know you & Iso will not turn away with whatever has to be be done to win this war. Here on SD11, we have been contrarian thinkers. We have thought or had given some pause to the alternate realities that a significant number of people had never thought of before.

I started posting on SI @ about 12:00 pm, once I got over the shock, of what I witnessed, in real time & from the beginning. (I always have CNBC on in the background on my computer or the TV). To my shock, most people just simply did not "get it", what had just transpired and, to my everlasting sorrow, still don't get it. Most North Americans, which I have talked with and or chatted to online "think" that there must be a better way.
I too, wish there was another way, but, the only way to fight terror is with terror.

I might have realized earlier than most people what lay ahead. Only because, that is my education, training & that is what I do in teaching others to prepare for the unthinkable. Never did I dream, for a moment, that the unthinkable would arrive on Sept. 11.

At any rate, it broke my heart to do it today, because I swore to myself that I wouldn't trade on this National day of mourning & to use the last little cash that I have.. but, (I must also think of my family), I bought some more Gold stocks today.

We must not give up. We must fight back. We must use every weapon & every tactical response that our military is capable of. And that includes tactical nuclear weapons. (note: NOT mass destruction weapons) Unfortunately civilian collateral damage is inevitable.

Remember this.... we did not start this war... they must pay & they will pay the price.

We cannot submit & I will not submit to the enemy. The enemies are Islamic Fundamentalists. We must not give any quarter.
