AMD is going to replace several 90nm mainstream SKUs by 65nm SKUs next quarter already.

News to me. I haven't heard of replacements next q. Not ruling out OEM-availability of some SKU in 65nm. They run quite a bunch of wafers in fab36 and sell what comes out and meets criteria, aside from semantics of dev/prod.
