bizzy,listen up ok. I'm only going to say this one more time. On Feb 23-26ish the company puts out a press release pumping the stock to highs on possible cash buyout.

The company includes in this same press release that it is possible merger (of couse they leave off that if this occurs its a reverse merger most likely preceeded by a reverse split). So now they have covered their asses legally but also create a stir among you suckers only focusing on a cash buyout.

The stock rises on explosive volume hardly seen in prior trading periods. That move is followed by this same explosive volume for the next 30 days, yet the stock trades down steadily with tremendous selling.

Many of you have been buying and buying. Who is doing the selling? Buyers clearlyhave been diluted out after the pump.

There is only one answer.

The company told you the truth right to your faces and in the same sentence hoodwinked all of you. And now there are no answers to the shares outstanding and no press releases.
