Gotinearly, there is a BIG distinction...

between a Public Figure/Management/Control person and a run of the mill posting investor... The former is accountable to us, shareholders and SEC in every respect and the general Rule of Thumb on the Message Boards I frequent is that these people can be criticized when they act contrary to the interest of shareholders...
