I am curious about how much longer it will take the transfer agent to let us know how many shares are outstanding on this one. It looks like the float and/or shares outstanding have been expanding very rapidly over the last month. An increase in shares outstanding is the nail in the coffin of any buyout hopes. When the company turns over this card all will see hope is lost for a cash buyout.
More likely we'll see that after the outstanding shares are released, the company will reverse split it down to a more manageable number to put the market cap in line with other shell companies to prepare for a reverse merger.
Someone here said that the company would have much info on those papers this week. Hopefully we'll see it soon.
