Leebret, in this instance I reluctantly agree with you. If there's money to be made by those who circumvent the law, then it will be done. Whether on the Dow, Nasdaq, OTCBB or Pinks, there is always a way to SHORT a stock. There might have to be collusion and hidden transactions but don't kid yourself or anyone else here that any and all stocks are and have been shorted. That is true shorting and 'naked' shorting combined. EVERYONE who owns stocks should view the interview with Jim Cramer when he headed a hedge fund and used any legal or illegal method to acheive his desired results. RTB
