thanks a bunch penny. I did not come on here to bash. I have been reading post after post about the buy out and how close it is. I was just trying to to say "hey, it is not a buy out yet so slow down a bit." It is funny because no offer was ever even given which means it is not serious at this point but some of the posters on here already have a buy-out price, LOL. Anyways, I hope these things come to pass but they will have to begin to develope and not just be an idea scribbled on paper. Good luck and I hope things do begin to fall into place. Until then, I am gonna have to sit out because it is too risky.
