I will attempt to try and answer this for you. I'm sure someone else on here could probably best explain it better than I. What's in my head does not always come out in type very well..LOL
Authorized shared (AS)is the total amont of shares the company has issued.
Oustanding shares (OS) is the total amount of shres held by you, me, restricted, insiders, and so forth!
Float: if you take out the restrcited sharses from the OS, you will have the actual float/tradable shares in the market we are trading.
CHNW is doing a buyback on it's own! What they will do is buy back from the float, or open market, which in turn will reduce the amount of the FLoat. This is a plus for us because the lower the float in essance, the less shares available, and this will increase the Price Per Share (PPS) with demand.
Not sure about the Paim situation. Just know a lot of folks got bent over on that. Just as a lot of us did on CSHD.
