Does the fact that a person does or does not hold a stock change whether someone lied or not, whether the company issued false press releases or not, etc. etc.?

By your logic, people without shares shouldnt be allowed to discuss anything on this board.
Maybe the panel in the OSC Hearing should have to own shares too so they can have an opinion?
