It has not even been 3 weeks yet since the PR about the Merger/Buyout talks. There have been no other PR's which is a very good sign. I would think if we see anything but the PR we are looking for then the Merger/Buyout is off. Ask yourself, why would the company put out news about shipments or whatever, if they are bought out or in the process. It makes no sense to increase shareholder value or update us on events that won't matter. I believe we will know everthing by Next Friday. Maybe we won't like it. Maybe we will LOVE it. But that is my opinion.
How many on this board have been in a Penny stock that was actually bought out? My guess is, this is new for most of us.
