I think GBDX has made their intentions known to everyone. The SEC Filings by GBDX, even if they didn't have to file, shows the company has intentions of doing some type of buyout or tender for shares of shareholders.

Has anyone ever thought the owners might keep a part ownership in the buying company after the deal is all done. I am not interested in owning any private company but it would make sense if the owners of gbdx continue on with the buying company.
