OK.... Its funny you should ask? I was thinking about this last night after Turek reported the current count of share holders... here is what I think are issued and outstanding?

I base this estimate on the latest share holder count where Turek stated that there are now over 12,000 share holders...

Now I know many people hold less than a million shares but also many people have boasted about there 10's of millions they hold.

I think at one time you claimed to hold 6 million or more certainly you hold more than one million so I am basing my projection on how much the average share holder is holding of PLNI.

I am going to make a Conservative estimate that the average is around a million shares?

SO take 1,000,000/12,000 and the current issued and outstanding is 12 billion shares ... IMHO
