They are trading below par, last I checked. The remark has two conditions and I'm not surprised that you ignored the other one - they have been adding value to the company - whether the pps shows it or not - by paying down debt, acquisitions & now there is another company to purchase. If it takes issuing shares to help pay for these things then I'm all for it because it makes the company sucessful in the long term.
