Maine, the Franks' thing is a done deal.



Perhaps on paper the Patriot act scraps the constitution, but that is on paper. Enforcing what Franks is talking about is another matter entirely. Those executive orders are pretty scary when one thinks of the Bushies trying to enforce them.
