Yeah, this kind of makes you think twice. I purchased most of my shares at .041 so maybe I will average down a bit.

I spoke to a CEO of a company, he assured methat the company would never do a RS and then 3 weeks later, he approves the RS and says that shareholders wanted it and I called the CEO back and he said the stock would be at $3 in a years time and they would be listed on amex or Nasdaq and almost 2 years later the company is still trading at .05 with RS
