I have to agree. If their current business is legit and on the level, then I doubt SEC would prohibit them from trading (even if the suspension is extended). I assume it'll re-open at some point. Even if they find something, I'd expect a fine or other discipline... but not to prohibit public trading. Just my hunch. I'm curious to find out!
