He told me the ONLY WAY to FORCE the nakeds to cover is to do Physical Exchange of Certs with the Transfer Agent. PERIOD.

If it is electronic, then the nakeds will do Exactly what they are doing now...."Oh we have 200 million nakeds of ACMG...and you bought them and want now 200 million of ARTL...here are 200 million IOUS just like i gave you for ACMG."

The certs never have to be shown if its electronic.

Phsyical Exchange only or this is a scam and it just forced us to double the number of phantom shares.
