Ask them/verify that the stock restructure plan will NOT BE ELECTRONICALLY PERFORMED.

Please verify that the new issued shares will be given out after PHYSICAL DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES TO THE TRANSFER AGENT!!

Let me repeat. The ONLY way to F the shorts is to make it so the transaction is PHYSICAL DELIVERY OF CERTS to the Transfer Agent...and then the Transfer Agent will PHYSICALLY DELIVER the Certs for the "new shares" and the "old shares" back to us.

Just as easy a fix would have been a plain Physical Delivery and rename the shares Class A Voting Shares.

Someone please call, write, whatever to make sure this is the plan. Or give me the phone number and I will call....he never responds to my e-mails so hopefully SENT can get thru.
