Question for you all-knowing gurus:

Some of the reports my wife pulls up indicate a 12 months target pps. If a Sach's PrimeAccess report dated 2/1/07 shows their 12 month valuation of RHWC at $.27 and then another report comes out on 3/20/07 changing their 12 month valuation of RHWC to $.50, does that mean the 12 months has moved from 2/1/08 to 3/20/08 or are we dealing with some other date?

FYI there isn't any such GS report for RHWC. My wife asked me the question and I want to give her accurate information for an answer unlike any other time she asks me to do anything! ;O)
