Amazing, this news and the price keeps below yesterday's close. Shorting only makes sense if you think you can buy them back at a lower price.

I suspect that the company is selling some shares. Afterall, Dr. C has bill to pay and the company has no revenue.

Splitting the company reminds me of USSE and SSTP. But ACMG is clearly better at meeting dates that USSE.
