PLEASE READ - SEC Official Legal Complaint!

This is really important guys, and this NEEDS to be seen. The SEC has posted their legal complaint against CKYS, with some very interesting pieces in the complaint.

I may be "spamming" this, but you guys NEED to see it.

According to the reporting of a "duped" company: As of 1/22/07, the Company had 200M (Float) & 700M (OS) Shares. However, according to TD, on 3/16, 382M shares were traded; on 3/20, 302M were moved; between 3/15-3/22, 898M total. I wonder who to believe.
