Part of the problem is that we are stuck at the .001 to .0012 range. For many, this is not a bad thing. Frustrating yes, but it's a lot better the the.0002's.

There are just a few here that think this thing should jump 500% every couple of weeks.

Garr is still batting 1000. This cusip change is one thing that is out of his control
