I just called Kay at National Stock Transfer and asked her if she could give me an accurate share count, in light of the massive selling that the SEC charged Jim Plant with.

Kay was very pleasant, but told me very adamantly that she has an agreement with the company not to give out Cyberkey share information and referred me back to the company.

I asked her if she was aware that the company was non responsive and that their CEO was arrested for securities fraud. Kay said she had no information on that.

I thanked her and hung up.

Bottom line, we are not going to get an accurate share count without legal assistance, in my opinion.
