Mainehiker, Isn't that what Ashcroft and Rummy want? Less Constitution, more government, bigger government, more intrusive government? The size and scope of government we have today is not what the founding fathers envisioned. It is what they rebelled against. I am beginning to believe the Libertarians are the most "American" political party, but the R's and D's have big bux and money talks as always.
