cm3i, As you know, DeVries was also named in the OSC affidavit, right? Just some food for thought for you... as many claim these were just hapless mistakes (dumping millions of shares after lying about it) during their first attempt at going public.
DeVries ran a public entity in the past, and if I remember correctly had a fairly bad rap for what he did with the stock. I could look it up if you'd like, but I'm sure you recall what I'm referring to.
So, once again using logic, we can conclude that this was not all a harmless and hapless situation, can't we? DeVries had experience already, and even a kind attitude towards him would conclude that he'd at LEAST learned what NOT to do. Yet, they still did what they did. You don't wonder why?
