That could be true.

Maybe they traded restricted shares before their time....I do not know that as well....but ussually you can not even get an unrestricted certificate to deposit into your account until the day on the cert is past.

At least that has been my past experience.

So that leads me to believe that the shares must have no longer been restricted.
