The OSC is doing their job and making sure that nothing ilegal has occured. Remember that so far they have proven nothing.

I believe the OSC is doing their job by bringing to light the illegal acts which have occurred. And it is also my belief that the OSC would strongly disagree with your statement "that they have proven nothing."
