12ring - First I would like to say that I respect you and your opinion. It's really not about RIGHT and WRONG. Believe what you will. That is your right. You say we don't know the Facts. I say we don't know ALL the facts. I say we don't know EXACTLY what happened. Petar said he had the audit in hand for a date certain release. He didn't have them or release them. Am I making this up?? He said KMPG and PRICE WATERHOUSE were doing the Audit. They were not. KMPG and PRICE WATERHOUSE asked them to retract their PR. Did I imagine that? They didn't retract and KMPG and PRICE WATERHOUSE turned the matter over to the authorities. Petar said he had a 350 million dollar cement deal with RAMADA. He didn't. Ramada said they never had any deals with them. These are FACTS man. I don't see where my SLJB share are worth a NASDAQ listing. Am I missing something?? FACTS. We don't know them all but we know enough for me.

I really don't want to go back and forth with you. I am also a businessman. I see a company that did not tell us the TRUTH and was not transparant. You feel that my conclusions have not been determined. That is where we disagree. Like I said, the company may come out of this intact with the ability to pursue further business. I hope that is the case for you and my friends invested or stuck in SLJB. The difference between you and I is the fact that I would choose not to do business ( or in this case invest ) with a company that, I FEEL, has lied to me. I choose not to be involved with people I can't trust. I felt that I was forced to salvage what I could and pursue other avenues. A business decision for myself. This is what I am upset about and thats where we differ. You haven't come to that point and you may or may not be at that point after the 23RD. Good Luck to you. I have to follow my instincts on this one. Just don't say that everyone bailed out of fear. Some did, others had to make a decision as to what was best for their financial well being and hard earned cash. Some things are more important than profit. It's how you gain it that you have to live with. Coach
